Wine
Vinyards and red peppers are cultivated behind every Hungarian farm house.
The farmers produce wine for the daily glass of wine in the evening - and it's not bad at all.
Fine Hungarian wines grow directly to the north and the northwest of the Theiss Lake region and also on the southern slopes of the Matra, Bükk and Zemplen mountains.
