– The southern part of the Theiss Lake offers 14 square kilometers of open water for surfing, sailing, water-skiing and fun in the water.
- There are also motor excursions to help you become acquainted with the area as well as canoe trips into other lake and river areas.
- There is swimming and sunning on natural beaches.
- There is fishing. (see Fishing).
- There is pleasure biking on the dike road (off limits to cars).
- There are bike tours through the region.
- There is horse-back riding as well as instruction in riding.
- There is archery.
- There are tenni s courts in the area, although not directly on thepremises. You should bring your own tennis rackets.
